Why work with me?

I have nearly a decade of experience in the software and IT industry, working with businesses of all sizes—from startups to large corporations. Over the years, I’ve helped companies navigate change by implementing new systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability. My focus has always been on finding practical solutions that make a real difference in day-to-day operations.

I have experience within all departments of a business at all levels of seniority. I started my career as a customer service advisor, before moving into a business/data analyst, account manager, project manager, sales, operations manager before moving into a role as Head of Operations.

Experience

Software Implementation / Digital Transformation

Spearheaded the implementation of a full suite of operational software applications (Zoho) into a software business. This included replacing half a dozen systems with the new package and improving operational performance through integrations and workflow improvements.

Project managed 60+ client projects to implement a comlex software solution into IT / Telecoms businesses. Replacing legacy applications with more modern technology and ensuring it integrates into the business processes.

Process Optimisation

Experience overhauling internal business processes both within the organisation I wokred within, as well for clients of the business. Working with stakeholders to ensure that requirements were captured by all those impacted, to formulate the most optimal process.

Ensuring that processes are properly documented and followed, re-evaluating their continued use to update as required.

Managed the implementation of ISO27001 and ISO9001 into the organisation I worked for.
